Alpine Electronics of Australia Pty. Limited delivery carriers are StarTrack and Australia Post. You will be notified of the carrier and provided with tracking information on the day your Alpine product(s) are shipped.
For parcel(s) that are to be delivered to your shipping address will require a signature on receipt to verify Proof of Delivery (PoD). In the event of a missed or failed delivery, i.e. where a person is not able to receive and sign for the parcel(s), a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.
Payments can take up to 1-2 business days to be received. Orders will be dispatched on the same business day if payment is received before 12pm Victoria AEST. Any payment received after 12pm Victoria AEST will be dispatched the following day. Payments received on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day and thereafter please allow for normal postage times for delivery.
It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one parcel from different distribution centres and therefore you may receive these parcels at different times, in this case you will be notified by Alpine.
You will be notified via email if there are any delays in shipping of your order.

Please allow extra time in peak delivery times for Australia Post such as the Christmas/New Year and Easter periods and for public holidays.
